But..I did lose a few kg though..but..still not enough la..
and now i even have my own dietician..ken yang so kind nak Aku kurus before Nov ni..
Bagi aku all the tips do and don't..Tp when come to food..susah gle dowh..
anyway nak share dgn korang how big i am ayear a go mase ni aku 65Kg...hahaha..so embarassing..
i need to lose another 5kg..then i'm back to normal..i guess :)
